Description of Project


This Request for Proposals (RFP) has been issued by the City of Glendale to solicit proposals from qualified consultants to provide Preliminary Engineering for the Glendale Freeway Ramps/Space 134 Project.

The RFP will focus on identifying the consultant(s) or consultant teams who have experience with the Preliminary Engineering and delivery of federally funded transportation infrastructure projects. Consultants submitting proposals must show that they have the depth and variety of technical skills to support the requested services. The submitted material should focus on technical content that demonstrates experience and understanding in civil engineering, transportation engineering, and CEQA/NEPA clearance.
